1. Acceptance of Terms

By successfully accessing or using the Luviqo mobile application, website, and related services (collectively the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use or access our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Luviqo and use the Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you represent and warrant that you can form a binding contract with Luviqo, you are not a person who is barred from using the Service under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, and you will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

3. Premium Services and In-App Purchases

If you choose to purchase an un-lockable feature or upgrade (e.g., Luviqo Plus, Extra Passes), you agree to pay Luviqo the applicable fees and direct any applicable taxes. We utilize third-party payment processors (such as Apple App Store and Google Play). Your payments are processed through them, and your subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled within the specific time-frame prior to the end of the subscription period.

4. Community Rules

By using Luviqo, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms.
  • Spam, solicit money from, or defraud any members.
  • Impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without his or her permission.
  • Bully, stalk, intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat, or defame any person (including during the 5-minute blind chats).
  • Post any content that violates or infringes anyone's rights.

5. Termination

Luviqo may terminate or suspend your account and your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without initial warning, if we believe that you have breached these Terms. Upon such termination or suspension, you will not be entitled to any refund of purchases.

6. Disclaimer

Luviqo provides the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis and to the extent permitted by applicable law, grants no warranties of any kind. We do not represent or warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any content or information you obtain on or through the Service will be accurate.
